[ETUDE HOUSE] BB magic Mist

Last year I got a facial mist from [ETUDE HOUSE] which seems to be a little bit different from mists I usually use. The BB magic Mist has the skincare benefits of a BB Cream and can be used before applying make-up or afterwards.

Description: Skin Protection Benefit of B.B. Cream in a Moisturizing Facial Mist.
This BB magic Mist comes in a light violet spray bottle. The color is a bit shimmering and the lid has the same color. The bottle contains 50ml only!
It's a fine mist which is colorless with a floral scent.
The active ingredients are Chamomile Extract, Aloe Vera Gel and Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola). Other ingredients are Water, Rosa Centifolia (Cabbage Rose) Flower Water, Sea Water,
Epilobium Angustifouum (Fireweed) Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Portulaca Oleracea (Purslane) Extract and more.
I usually use the BB magic Mist after I finished applying make-up coz sometimes my face feels dry when I used compact powder. But I have to be careful coz the mist covers my whole face and makes it sometimes too wet due to big water drops. It might ruin my make-up!
Anyway, this facial mist is ok but not really necessary. I prefer 'normal' mists which I can use whenever my skin feels dry or oily.
How to use: Hold bottle 20cm away from face when spraying. Spray mist onto all areas of the face to moisturize and liven complexion. Applicable both prior to and after makeup application.

Price: around 7,- €/ US$9
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
I don't think there is something I really love.

What I don’t like:
It makes my skin too wet what might ruin my make-up.

Will I buy this again? No, I will get other facial mists instead.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Happy Teatime Cleansing Cream *Milk Tea*

[ETUDE HOUSE]'s Happy Teatime product line not only consists of Cleansing Foams, there are also some Cleansing Creams for make-up removing available. I got the Happy Teatime Milk Tea Cleansing Cream which was also my first korean make-up remover but I prefered to use the Real Art Cleansing Oil first (reviewed that one here).
This Cleansing Cream is available as Milk Tea, Lemon Tea and Aloe Tea.

Description: Cleansing Cream's creamy texture contains Milk protein to remove dirt and makeup while keeping skin moisturized with the pleasent fragrance of tea.
The Cleansing Cream comes in a beige/light brown colored round container and contains 180ml. The lid got a nice teapot print. The container again is wrapped in translucent plastic which you can unfold. That plastic packaging got some 'tea' prints as well.
Consistency-wise, it's creamy but not too thick. It's rather a bit lotion-like and has a white color.
It smells so great!! I love those soft milk scents!! I can't smell the tea fragrance, though.
You have to use your fingers to get the cream out of the container. I don't like that so much and it's also not very hygienic.
The Milk tea Cleansing Cream contains Water, Mineral Oil, Milk Protein, Carbomer, Fragrance and more.
On the following pics I used for example: (from left to right)
Lipliner, Kajal, Mascara, Liquid Eyeliner, Lipstick, Lipgloss and BB Cream.
After massaging the Cleansing Cream on my skin:
After wiping the cream off and cleansing my skin with warm water:
I like this Milk tea Cleansing Cream! Not only because of it's soft consistency and scent, also because it cleanses my skin kinda well. My skin feels really soft afterwards but since I wash my face after that with a Cleansing Foam the soft feeling disappears fast.
When the product comes in your eyes it might blurry your eye-sight but it was more worst when I used that Cleansing Oil.

How to use: Apply cream to all areas of the face. Massage thoroughly and wipe clean with cleansing tissues or rinse with warm water to remove excess. Use foam cleanser if needed.

Price: around 10,- €/ US$12.50
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
Of course the design and the scent. It also removes my make-up quite well.

What I don’t like:
That I have to take the cream out of the container with my fingers.

Will I buy this again? I would but I wanna try out some other ones, too.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Juicy pop tube *Apricot Smoothie*

[ETUDE HOUSE] recently got some new Lip Glosses. I'm not really sure if these are completely new or if they just changed the design and added some new flavors. Anyway, I'm talking about the Juicy pop tube glosses.
The new ones are available in eight (8) different colors and flavors:
- #1 Blueberry Soda
- #2 Watermelon Soda
- #3 Cherry Soda
- #4 Lime Soda
- #5 Orange Soda
- #6 Apricot Smoothie
- #7 Strawberry Smoothie
- #8 Raspberry Smoothie

I got just one color for now - No.6 Apricot Smoothie.

Description: Natural Luster Lip Gloss!
Sturdy, smooth tube for clean & convenient application & use. Smooth & light texture without stickiness. Easy-to-carry (pocket-sized).
The Juicy pop glosses come in a translucent and small tube with a simple twist-off lid. The tube contains 12g. The applicator is just made of plastic!
I got Apricot Smoothie because I liked the peachy orange shade. It also smells super fruity like apricots! This lip gloss isn't sticky and has also no shimmer. My lips just look very glossy with a hint of color.

Price: around 6,- €/ US$8
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
The fruity scent & non-sticky texture!

What I don’t like:
There is nothing atm.

Will I buy this again? Thinking about getting another color.

[ETUDE HOUSE] LUCIDarling Fantastic Gradation Eyes *Caramel Sepia*

When it comes to eye make-up I'm always scared of too colorful eyeshadows. I don't wanna look like a clown or whatever, so I always prefer more naturally colors for everyday usage like white, beige, brown, gray or light pink. But I also own some eyeshadow palettes!
Not long ago I got one of these LUCIDarling Fantastic Gradation Eyes eye kits from [ETUDE HOUSE] and of course I got a naturally color again: #3 Caramel Sepia.

You can get nine (9) more colors:
- #1 Pinky Silver
- #2 Pink
- #4 Fully Olive Black
- #5 Golden Ratio Gold Khaki
- #6 Golden Khaki
- #7 Miss Tangerine
- #8 Miss Berry Berry
- #9 Nymph Brown Aura
- #10 Gold Pink Aura

Description: Makeup Line Promotes LED (Light Emitting Diode) Color, Radiance and Clarity to Makeup Expression. Gradation eye shades (base, main color, highlighter and liner) promote vivid eye expression.
The packaging looks chrome colored in purple and silver shades. The eyeshadows are inside a cute pearl pink container. This eye kit contains four (4) different colors with different NET weight: 2x 1,7g, 1x 2,3g and 1x 1,2g.
Inside the lid is a mirror and two (2) applicators are also included: 1x brush + big sponge applicator and 1x fine sponge/tip applicator for eye liner.
This eyeshadow kit consists of the 4 following steps:
A step) Base: The base color looks like (off)-white with some shimmer.
Use brush/tip to gather and apply makeup to entire upper eyelid area.
B step) Middle: A medium caramel brown. The shimmer seems to be a little more as in the base color.
Use brush to gather and apply color along upper eye lines.
C step) Highlighter: The silverish light pink highlighter got shimmer as well.
Use brush to gather and apply highlighter to lower eyelids.
D step) Liner: The smallest eyeshadow in this kit is the eye liner which is a dark brown with some shimmer.
Use fine tip to gather apply makeup along upper/lower eye lines.
The colors of #3 Caramel Sepia are nice but the shimmer might be too much for some people. I don't really like the liner - it does stain. The color is then always over my (double) eyelid-line where I apply the base/ main color.

Price: around 10,- €/ US$13
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love.

What I don’t like:
The liner does stain. A waterproof (liquid) eyeliner would be better.

Will I buy this again? Maybe because some other colors look nice, too.

[ETUDE HOUSE] SHINI STAR *Clear BB Lotion & Clear Pact*

Yesterday I received two new products: The SHINI STAR Clear BB Lotion and SHINI STAR Clear Pact. This product line by [ETUDE HOUSE] is the SHINee Special Edition. If you don't know it, SHINee are a Korean boy band.
They also released some Lip Balms and Toner/ Skin (the latter under the name 'mal:gem').

Description: Colostrum extract protects the skin from dehydration with no irritation and prevents the loss of moisture in the skin cell layer to maintain the health of skin.
4-Free System: No Paraben, No Ethanol, No Mineral Oil, No Benzophenone.

Clear BB Lotion (SPF20):
Description: BB Lotion moisturizing foundation promotes a moist, brightened and natural complexion look.

The SHINI STAR product line comes in cute baby pink & blue colors with some gold. On the packagings are the descriptions in Korean & English.
The Clear BB Lotion comes in a tube with a pump and 30g contents.
You can get the BB Lotion only in one shade which I would say is a light-medium beige.
The consistency is not very thick - rather lotion-like what would explain the products name: BB Lotion instead of BB Cream. It has just a light coverage, so I have to use a compact powder over it to cover skin blemishes better. The scent is not too strong!
BB Lotion contains Water, Zinc Oxide, Milk Protein Extract, Silica, Rice Extract, Sesame Seed Extract, Soybean Seed Extract, Blackberry Fruit Extract, Oat Kernel Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and other things.

Clear Pact (#1 Peach):
Description: Moist pressed powder subdues facial oil to promote soft, luminous skin.

The packaging of the Clear Pact has the same colors as the Clear BB Lotion and the powder itself is inside a round baby blue container. 10g are inside, plus a mirror and a small soft powder puff.
I was wondering first why this powder isn't available in beige shades. Anyway, I decided to get #1 Peach (Natural Skin Tone). The other color available is #2 Lavender (Splendid Skin Tone).
This powder got fine shimmer and does mainly mattify my skin. The color is barely visible so don't worry, you won't get a pinkish or violet face. The coverage is light that's why I use it over a compact powder but when my skin is in better condition I will use it alone, too.
The Clear Pact contains Talc, Silica, Corn Starch, Milk Protein Extract, Rice Extract, Sesame Seed Extract, Soybean Seed Extract, Blackberry Fruit Extract, Oat Kernel Extract and more.

I like both products but these are only good when I don't need to cover much. So, I will use them on my 'better' days. I also think these products are good for combination and oily skin coz they say it absorbs sebum.
I wore them for around 4 hours today and my skin didn't look too oily after that time. I didn't notice any breakouts yet as well!

Price: around 11,- €/ US$14.50 (Clear BB Lotion); around 10,-€/ US$13.50 (Clear Pact)
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love atm.

What I don’t like:
The coverage could be better.

Will I buy this again? I don't think so!
